Authentic Bulgarian Lutenitsa Recipe
- 1 Wooden Utensil Set
- Kitchen knives
- 15 red bell peppers (medium sized)
- 8-10 tomatoes (ripen well)
- 1 eggplant (roasted)
- 2 oz vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 4 carrots (boiled)
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp sugar
