Spring Green Salad Recipe

Fresh and flavorful Bulgarian spring green salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 green lettuce
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • vinegar
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 olive
  • ½ cup dill or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and clean the lettuce. Cut it into pieces. Add it to a large bowl.
  • Cut the green onion, radishes and add to the bowl.
  • Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes.
  • Add salt, olive oil, vinegar and mix well.
  • Peel the boiled egg and slice it into quarters. Place it on top and add the olive in the center
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped dill or parsley. Enjoy!
