This recipe uses ready cooked beans from a can but if you do not have a can with beans you can cook the beans in a pressure cooker.
Rinse the beans under running cold water and drain them.
Transfer the beans into a large bowl.
Cut the pickles and the onion into small pieces. Dice the red bell pepper and add them to the bowl.
Put the vegetables with the beans, season with olive oil, black pepper and a little salt.
Chop the chili pepper and add it to the bowl.
Toss the salad gently with a spoon, being careful not to break up the beans.
Place it in the refrigerator for a 30mins to chill.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve well chilled.
