Cut the fresh parsley into small pieces and set a side.
In a large bowl mix well all ingredients together, half of the fresh parsley and then cover and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Place a frying pan over medium heat with oil.
Take out the bowl and start forming balls then flatten into patty-like pieces.
You can make about 18-20 pieces.
Place them in the frying pan and fry them till turning brown for a few minutes then turn the other side.
Transfer to a paper towel to take out any extra oil and arrange them into a plate.
You can serve them with lutenitsa, potato salad and green spring salad. Enjoy!
Don't forget to have a Bulgarian rakia with it.
