You can use a jar with marinated roasted red peppers or roast red peppers in the oven.
If you are going to roast red peppers, preheat the oven to 400° F.
Cut tops off peppers, slice the peppers lengthwise, and remove any seeds.
Place the peppers on a baking sheet with the skin facing up and bake until the skin is slightly charred and blistered.
Afterward, move the peppers to a bowl, cover them, and allow them to cool down before handling.
Peel the skin from the peppers and cut each pepper into pieces.
Add them to a large bowl and mix with the garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. Add salt to taste.
Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for a few hours to marinate.
Serve with fresh parsley on top.
