On a large cutting board chop all veggies then transfer them to a large bowl along with the ham.
If you are using marinated mushrooms from jar and corn from can, make sure you drain them first. Then transfer to the bowl.
Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well.
Transfer to a serving place and grate Bulgarian white cheese on top. Slice and arrange the boiled eggs.
Optional add a few stalk fresh parsley and olives on top. Enjoy!
